It goes to the crew's phone.
Estimate only. The crew sets the real price from your photo. Stairs (+$50 each) and a steep slope (+$50 or more) move the number.
Tap what's going out and the truck fills up as you go.
Text a photo for a priceSizes here are typical, so a real pile can run bigger or smaller, and this is a guide rather than a quote. The bed holds 24 cubic yards, about 648 cubic feet, where a national chain lists 400 cubic feet for a full truck, so a load that fills one of theirs takes a little over 60 percent of this one. Jobs start at $50, and past that the price follows how much room the load takes rather than how many pieces are in it.

Three steps. The price comes off the photo, so the number comes back before anyone turns up. The form on this page reaches the team too.

One price back
The crew sends back one price for the whole job, set by how much room the load takes on the truck. The minimum is $50.
The crew loads it
The truck arrives inside a two-hour window and the load goes on it.
Pasadena junk pickup, priced off a photo
The Precise crew hauls the couch and the bags stacked behind it out of Pasadena homes, and prices the job off one photo: a price for the lot, $50 at the least. Streets decide half the work. In Old Pasadena, the city's original business district, the question is where the truck can sit on a commercial block while a load comes out. The photo shows the flights of stairs and the parking, so the team knows both before the drive over. A mixed pile comes out in one stop, the way junk removal on a full load runs, and the city page lays out how a Pasadena pickup goes in full.
Pasadena's Bulky Item Procedure is one way out, and the city takes those pickups by appointment only. The crew takes a text instead and goes through the load before any of it heads to the landfill. The city's trash FAQ names Scholl Canyon Landfill and asks residents to help keep trash out of it so it lasts longer. The dresser that still has life in it goes to a donation center, and about 75 percent of a load gets recycled rather than dumped. The mattress in the spare room prices the same way.
Paint and cleaners have rules of their own. Pasadena's own page says household hazardous waste cannot go in the garbage or down a storm drain, and for permanent drop off it sends Pasadena residents out of town to the S.A.F.E. Collection Centers the City of Los Angeles keeps. The rest of an older Pasadena garage can go in one load, shelves cleared. Text a photo to (626) 590-3118.
Jobs start at $50. The photo sets the rest.
What you see below is the floor and the things that add to it.
The floor for any job. Text the photo and the crew will tell you where yours lands.
Text a photo for a price- Stairs+$50
- Steep slope+$50
Stairs add about $50 a staircase. A steep slope adds at least that much, and how much depends on how hard the carry is, so it comes back with the rest of the price off the photo. How pricing works.
- A few things (about a quarter of the bed)$150 to $250
- Half the bed (about half the bed)$500 to $650
- Level with the sides (a full load, level with the sides)$1,000 to $1,500
- Packed over the rail (a full truckload, heaped above the rail)$1,500
Precise's own ranges. The final number for your job comes from your photo.

The landfill is the last stop.
The couch that still has life in it goes to a donation center, and so does the dresser that only needs a drawer slide. Metal gets sorted out on its own, and cardboard goes flat. About 75 percent of what gets picked up is recycled. The landfill takes what is left, which is the shredded foam and the particle board that gave out years ago. Sorting the load is part of the job, and it is why the truck leaves with the pile split rather than mixed.

“Angel and Cecilia really came through for me when I was in a bind. I needed help getting a heavy leather couch out to the curb for the city's bulky item pickup. They showed up on time and were friendly. I'm so grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precise Junk Removal.”
“I had a great experience with Precise Junk Removal. Angel was very professional, timely and offered a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.”
“Angel has been fantastic to work with. Very quick communicator and fast follow up. We needed to quickly get rid of trash following a move out, and Angel was at our house within an hour to provide a quote. He was very reasonable with pricing (text truncated by Google's "More" link on the limited view)”
